SCHOOL UNIFORM
We are proud of how smart our children look, and we appreciate the support of all parents in ensuring our children are dressed appropriately for school each day. To support this, please see our uniform expectations and top tips below.

Children wear school uniform on three days and come into school for the full day in their PE kit on two days of the week. Please consider this as you plan how many of each item to purchase.

Please label everything clearly (from clothes to water bottles and bags). If things get mislaid, please ask a member of staff to direct you to the lost property.

No jewellery of any kind is to be worn to school. (Religious or ethnic preferences will, of course, be respected.) Extremes of clothing, jeans, footwear, haircuts, hair dyes, badges or items that could endanger children’s safety will not be accepted at school. Any child wearing stud earrings will be expected to remove them for P.E. for safety reasons.

In line with government guidance, the school expects no more than three items of uniform to carry the school logo. All other items can be plain, or you can choose to have other items with the school logo if you wish. The three items that must carry the school logo are:

The school jumper or cardigan

The PE hoodie

The PE T-shirt

New uniform can be purchased directly from our supplier, JW Sports - JW Sports, 55 High St, Bognor Regis - Bishop Tufnell C.E Primary School | JW Sports. JW Sports stocks plain items such as PE shorts and summer dresses for your convenience but you do not need to purchase through JW sports, you can buy any plain items from any store.

Alternatively, good quality second hand uniform can be purchased from the parent teacher association (PoP) for just £1 per item. Please speak to the school office to find out more.
